1.Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

2.Eligibility

Access to and use of the m11too Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum age requirement that applies to all players regardless of any other applicable local standards.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and non-individual legal persons may not register as Players.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, director, agent, or close family member of an m11too employee or partner in a role that creates a conflict of interest.
• You must not have been previously excluded, banned, or suspended from the m11too Platform.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the above eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on each subsequent occasion that you use the Platform. m11too reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time.

3.Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the m11too Platform. Creating or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Any duplicate accounts identified will be closed, and any associated balances may be voided in their entirety.

3.2 Registration Information

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You must promptly update this information if any details change.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). m11too will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect any unauthorized activity on your account, you must notify m11too immediately via our support team.

3.4 Account Sharing

You must not allow any third party — including family members — to access or use your account. Each account is for the exclusive personal use of the registered Player only. Sharing your account details or allowing others to place wagers on your behalf is prohibited.

4.KYC Verification

m11too is required to verify the identity and age of all Players before processing withdrawals and before certain account features are made available. This process — commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification — may require you to submit the following documents:

• Government-issued photo ID: A valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk), passport, or equivalent document showing your full name and date of birth.
• Proof of address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence in your name dated within the past three months, showing your residential address.
• Selfie verification: A clear photograph of yourself holding your primary ID document, confirming the document belongs to you.
• Payment method verification: In some cases, verification of the payment method used for deposits, such as a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or e-wallet account matching the name on your Player account.

KYC documents must be submitted in JPG, PNG, or PDF format with file sizes not exceeding 5 MB each. All text must be clearly legible and documents must be unedited originals. Typically, KYC review is completed within 1 to 24 hours on business days, though m11too reserves the right to extend this period where additional checks are required.

5.Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

m11too accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).

5.2 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amounts are Rp 20,000 for e-wallets and Rp 50,000 for bank transfers.
• Deposits from payment methods not registered in the Player's own name are not permitted.
• m11too does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance upon confirmation from the payment provid er, typically within a few minutes for e-wallets and up to 30 minutes for bank transfers.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your m11too account.
• Withdrawals are processed within 1 to 24 hours following successful KYC verification and internal review.
• m11too reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal request.
• Players must wager their deposit amount at least once before a withdrawal request can be submitted, to prevent fraudulent use of the platform.

5.4 Declined Transactions

m11too reserves the right to decline any deposit or withdrawal transaction that it reasonably suspects is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the Platform may freeze the relevant funds pending investigation, and may report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.

6.Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

From time to time, m11too offers Bonus Funds, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions that are published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms take precedence in respect of that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum of 10 times (10x) before any winnings derived from those bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the promotion. Unfulfilled wagering requirements at expiry result in forfeiture of the remaining Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility

• Welcome bonuses are available to new Players making their first deposit only. One welcome bonus per household, IP address, device, and payment method applies.
• Reload and loyalty bonuses are available to existing verified Players as specified in each promotion's terms.
• m11too reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related winnings.

6.4 Bonus Conversion Limits

Unless specified otherwise, the maximum amount that may be converted from Bonus Funds to withdrawable Real Money Balance is capped at 5x the value of the original bonus received. Any winnings exceeding this cap will be removed from the Player's balance when the bonus period concludes.

7.Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Sports Betting

All sports wagers — including pre-match, live in-play, and mix parlay (accumulator) bets — are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. m11too publishes sport-specific rules in the help section of the Platform. In the event of a technical error affecting odds or market availability, m11too reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake to the Player's Real Money Balance.

7.2 Lottery (Togel) Products

Our togel (Toto Gelap — Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) products operate on draw schedules published on the Platform. Results are sourced from official draw authorities for each respective market (Singapore, Hongkong, Sydney, Macau, and others). Any discrepancy between the Platform's displayed result and the official result will be resolved in favour of the official result. Wagers placed after a draw's official closing time will be voided and the stake returned.

7.3 Live Casino

Live casino games are facilitated by third-party certified software providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and others. The rules governing each individual live casino game — including Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, and sabung ayam (virtual cockfighting arena) — are displayed within the game interface. m11too acts as the wagering platform only and is not responsible for any technical interruptions on the part of the software provider; however, disputed outcomes will be reviewed using available game logs.

7.4 Void Bets

A wager may be declared void — and the stake returned — in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or postponed beyond the rescheduling window; a technical fault materially affected the odds or game outcome; the wager was accepted in error (e.g., incorrectly displayed odds); or regulatory requirements mandate voiding.

8.Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to manage your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Configure maximum session durations with automatic logout reminders.
• Loss Limits: Define maximum loss thresholds over a rolling period.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen notifications showing your session duration and net result.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform.

9.Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Closure by Player

You may request closure of your m11too account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon account closure, any Real Money Balance remaining (net of applicable fees and pending wagers) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied.

9.2 Suspension or Closure by m11too

m11too reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration or KYC information.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, collusion, use of prohibited software, or exploitation of system errors.
• Failure to pass KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Conduct deemed abusive, threatening, or otherwise harmful toward platform staff or other players.
• Legal or regulatory requirements compelling account closure.

9.3 Consequences of Closure for Cause

Where an account is closed due to a material breach of these Terms, m11too reserves the right to void all outstanding wagers and, where fraud is substantiated, to withhold some or all of the Real Money Balance pending investigation and legal review.

10.Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the m11too Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or pool betting strategies in a manner that exploits the Platform.
• Using the Platform to launder money or process proceeds of criminal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation are not payable.
• Placing wagers on events in which you have insider knowledge or a direct interest that creates a conflict of fair play.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention tool.
• Registering more than one account or using another person's identity to create an account.
• Engaging in chargebacks or disputed payment claims without first attempting resolution through m11too's support channels.

11.Intellectual Property

All content on the m11too Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of m11too or its licensed third-party providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, republish, display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without express prior written consent from m11too. Unauthorized use of Platform content constitutes an infringement of intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.

12.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, m11too and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, winnings, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service offered thereon, including as a result of scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure events.
• Any loss arising from reliance on information, odds, or data displayed on the Platform that contains errors or omissions.
• Any unauthorized access to your account arising from your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Any actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, game software suppliers, or data feed providers.

In all cases where liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, m11too's maximum aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

13.Privacy & Data

m11too collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data provided to m11too — including your name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, and KYC documents — will be used solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of Platform services. Data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

14.Amendments

m11too reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via a notice displayed on the Platform or via email to the address registered on your account. The updated Terms will take effect from the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as set out in Section 9.1 above.

15.Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which m11too is registered and licensed to operate. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Players who access the Platform from Indonesia do so on their own initiative and are responsible for ensuring that such access complies with local laws. m11too makes no representation that the services offered are lawful or available for use in any particular location.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
